All components of the TOF-dE/dx analysis.

1. TOFAnalysis/TOFAnalysis.cc first goes over the mini-DSTs produced by simpleanalysis/get-miniDST-from-Shoe/simpleSelection_3.cc
2. TOFAnalysis.cc bins the TOF tracks into p-pT bins.
3. tof_dEdx_fits/test.cc fits the 2D distribution in each p-pT bin.
